Folding cartons are produced on high production automated presses. Graphics range from no print to multiple and process color layouts. There are many different folding carton styles. Style selection depends on the function of the carton.

These are a few of the designs available at O.E. Clark.:

RTE or STE
Common style used in retail or industrial. Tops and bottoms tuck into the body. Easy to fill and use. Six panels available for graphics.

BEERS
May be tray only, two-piece or one-piece with integral lid. Used for larger items such as apparel, stationery, carry out food, wholesale food products etc. Large lid area and four side panels available for graphics.

SEAL END
Used in automated filling lines that seal the ends at our customers location. Cereal boxes are a familiar application. Graphics on two front and back panels as well as side panels provide visibility for brand id as well as required product information.

AUTO BOTTOM
Used retail or industrial. Glued bottom forms with the carton, usually has tuck top. Quick to fill, holds more weight. Five panels available for graphics.

SIMPLEX
Carton sides are folded over and glued creating a "finished" appearance. May be a tray or made with an integrated lid. Sometimes used to obtain the classic appearance of a rigid box but incorporating the economics of folding carton production.

POP DISPLAYS
May utilize one of the above styles or an unglued format. Die cut headers provide area for logos and information. Sometimes run in combination with product cartons to match graphics and provide economical sets.

DIE CUT SPECIALTIES
Many different products fall into this category. Multiple color printing and the ability to die cut virtually any shape and combination of scores allows for maximum design flexibility.
